For a change of pace, we decided to paint Easter eggs this year rather than dye them. We used water color paints and pencils, trying to follow this method. You will see that our didn’t quite come out like hers, but they are pretty anyway. This method has the added benefit of being able to wash off the paint if it doesn’t come out like you wanted.
Molly used lots and lots of purple and green. And the mark on her forehead is in fact paint 🙂 She seemed to enjoy herself.
When Megan sits down to work on something like this, she is very focused. She loves working with water color paints.
