My Daisies bridged to Brownies on June 1 and received the last of their petals and other patches from the end of the year. They were all very proud and excited.
Waiting (not so) patiently for the ceremony to begin…

I made tote bags out of cool Girl Scout fabric for each of the girls to use for their books at their meetings in future years. I put all their petals and other patches they earned this spring inside, along with these adorable crocheted daisy flowers I found at the PA Fabric Outlet. They loved them 🙂
The following week, we had a year-end picnic at the New Cumberland Park. We did a litter pick up to earn our last petal – Make the World a Better Place. We had a great time together and are looking forward to a few get-togethers over the summer before we resume regular meetings in the fall as BROWNIES!
